Basic principle
The carton feeding part is composed of input and roller. It is mainly used to convey, arrange and separate the carton.
The carton pushing part pushes the arranged and separated cartons to the cart in batch.
The cart part conveys the arranged cartons of all layers to the pallet.
The pillar part is used to raise the cartons of all layers on the cart to the palletizing position so as to make it convenient to convey the carton through the cart.
The pallet silo part is used to divide multiple pallets into every single one to facilitate palletizing and conveying.
The pallet discharging part is used to convey the palletized cartons through the forklift truck.
Main configuration
The AIRTAC pneumatic components and cylinders with reliable quality and performances are adopted.
The touch screen is adopted to realize human-machine dialogue. The production speed can be displaced and fault causes and positions can be found. The degree of automation is high. The PLC is adopted to carry out programmable control of carton palletizing layers, pallet supplying and discharging, etc.
The chains produced by Huangshan Chain Company have such features as good anti-wear performance, high precision, stable conveying, etc.
The safety door and cover are provided with electric sensing device. When the cover or door is opened, the machine will stop running to protect workers.
The adjustment of palletizing mode is convenient and simple, which can be carried out on the touch screen. The palletizing is stable and highly efficient, greatly saving manpower.
The carton supply system is controlled by the brake motor, ensuring that the cartons are conveyed according to the preset position. With a high capacity, the pallet silo can hold 8-10 empty pallets and realize automatic supply of pallets.
