The machine is mainly used for carrying out automatic cage loading and unloading operations of various canned beverages or cans before and after secondary sterilizing. The filled cans that have been filled and sealed will be palletized onto the sterilizing cage layer by layer from bottom to top through the net chain can collecting platform and can distributing device. Then they are conveyed into the sterilizer for sterilization through the electric trolley circulating track conveying system. After the sterilization, the whole cage will be automatically unloaded onto the conveying net belt. During the whole cage loading and unloading process, the partition board adopts vacuum sucking disc for automatic release and retraction, automatic rising, automatic can distributing and loading, automatic falling, automatic stopping after the loading or unloading is completed. It replaces the manual loading and unloading mode, saves manpower and greatly enhances production efficiency.
