The sterilizer realizes temperature and pressure control during the process of sterilization. 20 sterilizing formulas can be stored in the PLC. The temperature control curves for multi-section temperature rise, constant temperature and multi-section cooling can be freely set and called out for use according to actual production needs.
The sterilizing temperature record and temperature curve during sterilization can be displayed, and it can be connected with a printer or computer.
High heat efficiency and obvious energy saving effect. The steam and process water are subjected to heat exchange by the plate heat exchanger to avoid pollution.
The water for cooling and circulating water do not contact each other, avoiding secondary pollution of food and there is no need of using the water treatment chemical agents.
Perfect pressure control. The pressure is constantly adjusted during the whole production process so as to accommodate the change of pressure inside the product packaging and minimize the degree of deformation of the product packaging. It is especially suitable for effervescent products.
