The CIP system is generally composed of cleaning liquid storage tank, acid and alkali adding device, heater, process pump, reflux pump, pipe, steam valve manifold, etc. The key technological parameters of the CIP system include cleaning liquid type, concentration, temperature, flow speed. NaOH is often used as the alkali liquid, and nitric acid or phosphoric acid is often used as the acid liquid, with a concentration of 1-3%, subject to proper heating. The cleaning flow speed is within the range of 1.5-3m/s. The storage tanks of the cleaning liquid include: acid liquid tank, alkali liquid tank, hot water tank. According to different objects to be cleaned, they can also be classified into single-loop, double-loop and multiple-loop tanks. |
